4 Pages per Sheet (4-Up) - Free Online Browser Tool
Fit 4 miniature pages onto a single sheet (2x2 grid) for study notes.
Four pages to a sheet in a 2×2 grid is the format that makes dense lecture notes, revision cards and reference handouts practical. This tool imposes four consecutive pages onto every sheet while keeping each one legible and correctly oriented.

Frequently Asked Questions
What order are the four pages in?
Standard reading order across the top row then the bottom row, so pages 1 and 2 read left to right before 3 and 4.
Will small text still be readable at this size?
Each page is roughly half linear size, so 11pt body text lands near 5–6pt. It is readable with effort but not comfortable — use it for study reference, not for reading at a desk.
How is this different from 2 pages per sheet?
The 2-up version gives each page a full half-sheet and stays comfortably readable. The 4-up version halves that again, trading legibility for a quarter of the paper.
What happens with a leftover page?
If the page count is not a multiple of four, the last sheet has blank cells where pages would have been. They stay empty rather than being padded.
Can I get borders around each cell?
The 6-Up Handout tool adds visible slide borders by design. For 4-up, add borders afterwards with Shapes & Redaction Boxes if your needs call for them.
