Signatures Tools
A signature is the last step and the one that cannot be skipped. Draw one, type one, upload one, or drop a company seal onto the right place, then flatten so it becomes part of the page.
- Draw, type, upload or generate an initials mark, all placed by you
- Place an office stamp, a corporate seal or a notarised jurat block
- Flatten the result so the signature travels with the document

Signatures FAQ
What makes a signature legally valid here?
The tool gives you a way to apply a signature, but the legal weight comes from the surrounding agreement and how each jurisdiction treats electronic signatures. What matters practically is that the signature is applied to a document the other party has, and that the recipient can verify it has not changed since.
Should I flatten a signed document?
Usually yes, before sending it. Flattening merges the signature into the page content, so it cannot be accidentally selected, moved or deleted by whoever opens the file next. Keep the unsigned original if you may need to sign again.
How do I place a signature on a specific spot?
All the signature tools work by previewing the page and letting you click the exact position. Zoom in before placing it if the page is dense, since the placement is a coordinate on the page rather than a paragraph anchor.
