Page Layouts Tools
Printing several pages onto one sheet is standard in offices and almost impossible by hand. These tools handle n-up printing, booklets, imposition and tile layouts so a document prints the way it was designed to.
- Two, four or six pages per sheet, plus handout and poster tiling for large formats
- Booklet and saddle-stitch ordering that folds correctly into a signature
- Presentation margins and binding margins that survive the trimming

Page Layouts FAQ
How do I print 4 pages on one sheet of A4?
Use the 4-up tool, choose A4, and set the scaling to fit the page rather than fill it. Four portrait pages on a landscape sheet leaves a gutter down the middle and generous white space, so add binding margins if the result will be bound or hole-punched.
What is booklet order and why does the page order look wrong?
Booklet imposition reorders pages so that, once printed double-sided and folded down the middle, they read in the correct order. The sequence looks scrambled when you view it flat, which is expected. A short book needs its page count padded to a multiple of four for the fold to work, and the tool handles that padding for you.
Can I print one large poster from a normal printer?
Yes. Tile a large page across several sheets, print them at 100% scale with borders turned off, then tape them together. The tile tool includes a small overlap so the seams do not leave white lines once assembled.
