Image Watermark (Logo) - Free Online Browser Tool
Stamp your logo or any picture across PDF pages, with your own size, opacity and placement. Nothing is uploaded.
Text watermarks are the easy half of this job. The other half is the mark that is actually yours: a logo, a security badge, a draft stamp, a photo you have been licensed to mark. Putting that on a PDF is a drawing job - the file has to carry the picture, at the size you want, over every page you choose. This tool reads your image and does exactly that. Pick a PNG or JPEG, drag it where it should sit on the page, and set how wide it is, how transparent, and how far it is turned. Restrict it to a page range if the front sheet should stay clean. Or switch on tiling, which is what a confidential draft wants: the mark repeated across the page at an angle, so it cannot be cropped away and cannot be read past. A PNG with a transparent background is the right file for this, because the paper shows through the parts of the logo you did not fill in. A JPEG has no transparency, so its background will land on the page as a white or black block - which is why the tool tells you what it received and how large it is before you stamp anything. Everything is assembled in this tab. A draft contract with a logo on it never travels to a watermarking service, which for an unissued document is the entire point.
This image watermark (logo) utility runs completely inside your web browser. Your document is opened locally and processed on your own device using JavaScript and WebAssembly, so your file is never uploaded to any server. There is no signup, no watermark and no limit on how many documents you can handle.

How to Use the Image Watermark (Logo) Tool
Five steps, and the whole thing runs locally on your own device.
-
Choose the picture
A PNG with a transparent background sits best over text. The tool reports what it loaded so a mislabelled or enormous file is obvious before you stamp it.
-
Drag it into place
The box on the preview is the placement: what you see drawn there is exactly what lands on the page, at any size.
-
Set size, opacity and angle
Width is a share of the page, not pixels, so the same numbers work on an A4 and a legal sheet. Opacity is how much of the page shows through the mark.
-
Choose once or tiled
Once is right for a logo that should read once. Tiled repeats it across the whole page, which is the usual answer for a draft nobody should circulate.
-
Download
One PDF with the mark drawn into it. Restrict the pages first if the cover or the contents sheet should stay unmarked.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I use a PNG or a JPEG?
A PNG, always, if you have one. PNG keeps transparency, so the parts of the logo you did not fill in leave the page visible underneath. A JPEG has no transparency at all, so stamping one puts its rectangular background onto the page as a block.
Where does the logo go if I do not drag it?
Dead centre, at the width you set. Dragging moves it, and the position on screen is the position on the page - there is no separate "set position" step to forget.
Can I put it on only some pages?
Yes, type a range such as 1-5, or 1,3,7, and leave it blank for every page. That is worth doing when the cover and the contents page should stay clean.
Does the logo block the text underneath?
Only as much as you ask it to. Opacity is the setting for this: around 30% is readable through and clearly a watermark, while 90% is a stamp you cannot print over.
Does this work on a scan?
Yes, and a tiled mark is often the reason to scan something in the first place. Marking does not change the page underneath, so a scan stays searchable afterwards exactly as it was.
